I’m new to the NDIS, can you help me figure it out?
We understand that navigating the NDIS for the first time can feel confusing, especially with all the paperwork and planning involved. Our team is here to guide you through each step in a clear and supportive way. We can help explain your plan, talk you through what supports might suit you best and assist with getting services started. You do not need to have all the answers straight away. We are here to listen, support your choices and make the process feel much less overwhelming.
Will I get to choose who supports me?
Yes, your preferences matter. We take the time to understand who you feel most comfortable with and match you with support workers or therapists who suit your needs and personality. If things do not feel right, we are flexible and can make changes. What matters most to us is that you feel safe, respected and supported by the people working with you.
What happens if my support needs change?
We know that life does not stand still, and your support should not either. If your goals, health or situation change, we are ready to adjust your supports to match. Our services are designed to grow with you, so we will always review things together and make sure you are getting the right level and type of support for where you are now.
Do you support people with more complex needs?
Yes, we have experience working with people who have complex physical, behavioural and mental health needs. Our team takes a thoughtful and coordinated approach, often working alongside families and other professionals to provide safe, practical and consistent support. We see the person first and take the time to understand what works best for you.
How qualified are the people supporting me?
All our team members are properly trained, experienced and genuinely passionate about the work they do. We support our staff with ongoing learning and up to date knowledge so they can deliver high quality care. Beyond the qualifications, we look for people who bring compassion, professionalism and a real commitment to making a difference.
